BLAZEPAY | S1F2 Terminal Menus

This guide will explain how to access the menus within your S1F2 payment terminal

Menu Overview

The S1F2 has two menus, accessible directly from the main BLAZEPAY screen.  These menus are mainly used for configuring network settings, running firmware updates, printing receipts and end-of-day totals.S1F2

Settings

From the main BLAZEPAY screen, tap the settings button (gear icon) to access the menu.

From there, you will have access to important sections, such as:

  • Device Info: view information about the payment terminal, such as the serial number, firmware version and software update status.
  • Network:  enable and configure network connections.
  • Configuration:  view or update the configuration version.
  • Display:  adjust the screen brightness
  • Power:  restart the terminal

You will need to input passcode 5265 to access some sections of the Settings menu.

Transactions

From the main BLAZEPAY screen, tap the transactions button (icon with small circles) to access the menu.  This menu allows you to do the following:

  • History:  view transactions stored on the terminal.  Re-print the merchant or customer receipt for an approved transaction.
  • Totalsview and print a transaction totals report.

You will need to input passcode 2900 to access the History and Totals sections of the Transactions menu.

You can now feature your store’s logo directly on your S1F2 terminal screen!

To ensure the best display quality, please provide a 720 x 1280 pixel image in portrait (vertical) orientation.

Diagnostics

The Diagnostics menu helps to troubleshoot network and hardware functions within the terminal. 

  1. On the payment terminal, go to Settings > Diagnostics
  2. The Diagnostics menu will appear.

Options that appear within this menu:

  • Diagnostics Report
  • Network connection tests
  • Hardware tests for chip/swipe reader, keypad, etc - in a case where parts of the terminal appear to be malfunctioning
    • For hardware tests, select the desired test and follow the on-screen instructions
