BLAZEPAY - Managing Tips

Learn how to manage your customer facing tip options on your BLAZEPAY payment terminals

Managing Tips in the Greenline Dashboard

Log into your Greenline dashboard: 

1. Log into the Greenline dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings > Payments
3. Click the location that you would like to update
4. Click the gear icon to access the BLAZEPAY settings
5. Click Tips
6. Enable the toggle for Allow Terminal Tips
   1. Enable the toggle for Custom Tips, if you would like the customer to be able to input any desired tip amount
      
      
7. Under Predefined Tip Amount, input your desired tip amounts
   1. Click the drop-down for Tip Type to select either % or $ for tip amounts
8. Input the desired % or $ tip amount you would like to appear on the BLAZEPAY payment terminal
9. Click ADD to save the tip amount

Once the tip amounts are added, they should appear immediately on your BLAZEPAY payment terminals.
