BLAZE ECOM | SMS Outreach for Greenline - Submitting your 10DLC Form

Before you can start using SMS Outreach you will need to submit your 10DLC form.

This only needs to be submitted once per store group. If you have multiple stores in your group, you can select any store and proceed with the steps below:

Inside of Mission Control select Outreach from the left side bar then click on the Configuration tab and select configure.

A modal will open up with several pages to be filled out. Most fields will already be populated with your business information in the form. The form will need to be filled out in its entirety before you can move on the next page. Once completed please click submit.

When providing your DBA, do not include sensitive words such as “Cannabis” or “Weed.” Doing so may result in a rejection and delay the application and setup process for SMS Outreach.

For Tax ID(EIN), please use 11-1111112
Please update Tax Issuing Country to Canada

Once your application is approved, we will notify you when SMS Outreach is fully available for use. If your application is not approved, we will share the required corrections so you can update and resubmit your information.
