BLAZE ECOM | SMS Outreach for Greenline - Submitting your 10DLC Form

This article covers how to submit your 10DLC form before using SMS Outreach.

Before you can use SMS Outreach, you must submit some information to ECOM Support so SMS Outreach can be activated in Mission Control.

Please email ecomsupport@blaze.me the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Postal Code
  • Province
  • Country
  • DBA (Doing Business as Name, needed for domain generation)
  • Timezone

When providing your DBA, do not include sensitive words such as “Cannabis” or “Weed.” Doing so may result in a rejection and delay the application and setup process for SMS Outreach.

Once your application is approved, we will notify you when SMS Outreach is fully available for use. If your application is not approved, we will share the required corrections so you can update and resubmit your information.
