BLAZE ECOM: Announcement Box

Keep your customers up to date on the latest sales, product releases and happenings at your store with this new feature!

How to Enable and Manage the Announcement Box

  1. Navigate and log in to your BLAZE ECOM Mission Control
  2. Go to General > Site Configuration
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Site Configuration page
  4. Set the toggle for "Show announcement box" as Active
  5. Input a Title for the announcement > Click Save
  6. Under Description click the Edit button
  7. The Description edit window will appear where you can input the desired information to communicate to your customers.
  8. Click Save

Announcements on the BLAZE ECOM Store

Once the announcement is created and saved, it will appear at the top of your BLAZE ECOM store:

Clicking "Show Message" will expand the announcement box so that customers can view the entire message:
