Keep your customers up to date on the latest sales, product releases and happenings at your store with this new feature!
How to Enable and Manage the Announcement Box
- Navigate and log in to your BLAZE ECOM Mission Control
- Go to General > Site Configuration
- Scroll to the bottom of the Site Configuration page
- Set the toggle for "Show announcement box" as Active
- Input a Title for the announcement > Click Save
- Under Description click the Edit button
- The Description edit window will appear where you can input the desired information to communicate to your customers.
- Click Save
Announcements on the BLAZE ECOM Store
Once the announcement is created and saved, it will appear at the top of your BLAZE ECOM store:
Clicking "Show Message" will expand the announcement box so that customers can view the entire message:
