Enabling Tipping Functionality for Enhanced Customer Transactions

To enhance your customer transactions, BLAZE ECOM allows you to integrate a tipping functionality seamlessly. By following the steps below, you can enable tips for your store, providing customers with the option to add tips during the checkout process.

Steps to Enable Tipping:

  1. Access BLAZE ECOM Mission Control:

    • Navigate to BLAZE ECOM Mission Control.
  2. Navigate to Payment Options:

    • From the Mission Control dashboard, go to Settings > Payment Options.
  3. Edit Payment Option:

    • Select the edit button located on the top right corner of the payment option card.
  4. Enable Tips:

    • A pop-up will appear. Locate the "Allow Tips" section.
    • Toggle the switch to activate the tipping functionality for your store.

Implementation:

  • Enhance Driver Tips:

    • Enabling tips is especially beneficial for delivery services. Customers can now provide tips during checkout, boosting earnings for your delivery drivers.
  • Greenline Dashboard Integration:

    • The tip amount will be seamlessly integrated into your Greenline dashboard. It will appear as an auto-generated system fee product and will be added to the total order amount.

Customer Experience:

Once the tipping functionality is enabled, customers selecting the "Pay Now" option during checkout will be prompted to add a tip to their order. This feature enhances user experience and allows customers to express appreciation through gratuities.
