This guide will outline how to set Strain Types to products on the Greenline dashboard and how it improves the customer experience on your Blaze ECOM menu.
Setting Strain Types on Greenline

Navigate to your Greenline dashboard - Click HERE for the Greenline login page

Click Products > Product List > Select a product

Scroll to the Variant or Product Details (standalone)

Click Details

Click the drop-down box for Strain Type

Select the appropriate strain type for the product

Click Save
*Note: products with multiple variants must have the strain type set individually to each variant.
Strain Types on Blaze ECOM
Once the Strain Type is set to the product it will automatically sync to your Blaze ECOM menu. The product card on the menu will update with an icon in the top left corner indicating the strain type.
How Customers Can Filter by Strain Type on Blaze ECOM
Customers browsing your Blaze ECOM menu can narrow down their search by clicking the Filter button near the top of the page.
Strain Types that are set to your products will appear as selectable filters under "Type". Clicking a strain type will then show only those associated products.
Setting Cannabinoid Values
Enhance your Blaze ECOM store by showcasing your product's cannabinoid values, providing customers quick reference for important product information.
Adding Cannabinoid Values to Products in Greenline

Navigate to your Greenline dashboard - Click HERE for the Greenline login page

Click Products > Product List > Select a product

Scroll to the Variant or Product Details (standalone)

Click Cannabinoids

Select your preferred Unit of measure (note: Cannabinoids must be set to % or mg/g to display)

You will now be able to apply THC and CBD values to products

Once values are entered, click Save
Greenline should then automatically sync product cannabinoids to your Blaze ECOM Mission Control. Once synced, the applied values will display on each product's card on your ECOM store.
It's possible to represent your THC/CBD values as a range, but setting exact THC/CBD content ensures your customer knows exactly what they are purchasing.
With the cannabinoids applied to products on your ECOM store, customers will be able to filter those products by Potency
