Migrations: Customer List Import

This document will explain the process of importing your current customer list into Greenline POS.

When do I send my customer list?

If you have an existing customer list, we will require the list no later than the 15th of the month.

How do I get my current customer list?

Generally, your customer list can be exported as a Microsoft Excel or CSV file from your current POS dashboard. In some situations, you may have to contact your current provider and request the export.

What data do I need to be exported?

The only required field is the Customer's Name.

The following information is optional:

Email

Birthday (YYYY/MM/DD)

Phone Number

Gender (male, female, other **Case sensitive)

Address

City

Postal Code

Notes

What happens next?

Once you have your customer list, please remove any duplicate or inactive customers and forward the Microsoft Excel or CSV file to our Customer Success team. We will import your customers into your Greenline POS dashboard and notify you once this has been completed.
