POS (Browser) - Sales Orders and Compliance

Learn how to add and remove products to a sales order while staying compliant with Canadian Cannabis laws.

 

 

When taking sales orders, you can click on any available products that are found in the POS. As products are added to the order, the system will ensure you stay compliant with Canadian Cannabis laws.


How to Add Products to an Order

You can click on a product category, distinguished by a colour tile, to open up more options such as different products or subcategories.

To view product details, click the product tile which will create a pop-up menu with each variant or stand alone product. In the top left corner, you will see a circle with an "i" that stands for information. Click this circle to populate additional product details (if you have set them up in the dashboard).

To add a product to the order, simply click to product variant that you want to add. It will populate on the right side of your screen under order details.

Note: The THC/CBD levels should be displayed in mg/g, mg/l, or mg. Percentages (%) should no longer represent the THC/CBD concentration levels.

As you add products to the cart, the total cannabis equivalency weight will appear at the bottom of the order. If the total cannabis weight in the cart exceeds the legal allowable amount of 30 grams; there will be a red warning that will show up at the bottom of the order. This will prohibit you from processing the order until you have removed products and comply with the Canadian Laws.

If you click the products currently in your cart, it will allow you to add and remove units, or delete the product from your cart all together.

Once the order is ready, you can complete the sale and process the payment.
