On the Integration Overview page, you can find more information about all the integration partners that work with BLAZE. This article explains how to connect your dashboard with integration partners.
Integration Partners and Services
Find an integration partner to enhance the features of your business and operations. Customers can search for specific integrations by using the drop-down or selecting a category. To find out more or contact an integration partner, refer to the symbols legend below.
When you click on the symbols:
Home icon- You will be redirected to the company’s homepage.
Question mark- Find out more information and get help.
Mail icon- Email a representative.
Allowed Permissions- Show users what information the integration partner will have access to on your BLAZE account.
Connecting/Disconnecting Integration Partners
In order for your third-party integration partner to connect to your BLAZE POS system, some will need your BLAZE information.
BLAZE customers can easily connect and disconnect their integrations directly on their BLAZE dashboard (Integrations> Overview).
For integrations such as Buddi, Dutchie, Budvue, etc.:

To connect, toggle the button on (as shown above). An email will pop open for customers to review. The email will contain their dashboard information. Or you can click on the email icon to populate this message. This email can then be sent to the integration partner to connect to your BLAZE dashboard.

To disconnect, toggle off the button and block integrator access to your account.
For integrations such as Quickbooks Online, Leafly, Merrco, and Moneris:

To connect, click on the email or website icon to get started.

To disconnect, click on the email icon to send the BLAZE team a message that you would like to disable this feature. This will prevent any functionality or access to your BLAZE dashboard.
Where Is My API Key Information?
You can find your API key information on the Integration tab, by clicking on the "API keys" button.
Report Integrations
If you are looking to integrate with Headset, please email Headset directly to get more information or fill out their form. Headset will contact BLAZE with your consent and provide the appropriate information to connect the integration.
