Learn how to add, delete, and edit your brands and vendors.
In the Brands & Vendors section, create profiles for all your brands & vendors. This will enable you to attach brands & vendors to products and/or purchase orders.
When purchasing cannabis products, the vendors will be either a Licensed Producer or Provincial Distributor.

British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario- The vendors selected for purchase orders will be the provincial distributor (BCLDB, AGLC, or OCS). You'll need to create these vendors, along with any accessory vendors, such as HBI.

Saskatchewan- You can use licensed producers as vendors for purchase orders.
Types of Brands
Brands are a further way to organize your product list. When it comes to your cannabis product list ,a brand would be the name of the company that produces the product. Examples include: Ghost Drops, Edison, Broken Coast, HEXO, etc.
Add a Brand or Vendor

Go to Products> Brands & Vendors

Click on “Add brand/vendor” at the top right corner.

Type in the name of the vendor or brand. Include a description and contact information. The description would be information about what you would typically buy from this vendor or brand.

Add your provincial distributor (Alberta = AGLC, Ontario = OCS, British Columbia = BCLDB)

Add your licensed producers (Ex. Aurora Cannabis)

Add any accessory vendors you need to.
You'll now be able to attach any of your brands/vendors to products and/or purchase orders.
Important: If you use the product import feature (BC/AB/ON) when adding products, BLAZE will offer to automatically generate a brand or vendor profile for you. You will see a message: The vendor does not exist. Would you like to have it generated for you? Selecting yes will generate the brand or vendor name into your brand & vendor list.
Edit, Delete, View
To edit or delete a brand or vendor, click on the three vertical dots at the right of the brand & vendor row.
To view vendors reports from your dashboard go to Reports > Analytics > Brands & Vendors.
