POS (Browser) - Creating Customers Profiles

Learn the benefits of creating customers profiles.
 

The customers page provides a list of customer profiles where you can search and add customers into the POS.

 


 

To view customer profiles, click the Customers button in the navigation bar at the top right corner of your screen. This will bring you to a customers overview page where you can search for, edit, and delete customer profiles.

In order to view all of the provided information from a customer profile and past purchases, click the "edit" button on the right hand side of the row. A Customer Details pop-up screen will appear.

On the right side of the profile is a purchase history for the specific customer. Here you can review past purchases, and email or print the customer receipts. If the customer's email is entered in their profile, when you email the receipt their email will auto-populate into the field.

Create a customer profile

When you are on the main register page, you can click the green "add" button above the sales overview section to create new customer profiles. A pop-up will appear with fields where you can enter information provided by a customer. Customer profiles are 100% optional.
