Retain information during connection problems.
In situations where your internet disconnects or there is a power outage, the POS will continue to track and store payment information locally on the iPad.
When the iPad reconnects to the internet signal, all the sales information and cash movements will sync automatically from the iPad to the back-end Dashboard.
If the information does not sync right away, take a look at the settings on your device and see if the “Sync Payments” button is lit up in a brighter green. This indicates that there is information that needs to be synced. When manually pressing the button, it will force the information on the iPad to transmit to the Dashboard.
