Understand the difference between the Device ID Passwords and Employee POS Passcodes
Your store could have one (1) or several POS devices assigned to a single location.
Keep in mind that you can only login to a single POS Device on a single piece of hardware.
A common mistake stores can make is to log into a single POS Device ID on multiple pieces of hardware - whether iPad, Android tablet or WebPOS (PC).

Doing this will cause issues with sales totals, employee activity and shift tracking. This is not recommended practice.
POS Device Passwords
For new stores, your onboarding specialist will create and provide credentials for your POS Devices via email.
POS Device passwords are otherwise managed by store employees (usually Administrators) and can be reset from the dashboard under Settings > POS. Each POS Device will show a "change password" option.
Employee POS Passcodes
To use the POS software, an employee will require a unique POS passcode. This passcode can be added to their employee profile on the dashboard under Employees > Employee List
