POS (Tablet)- Creating Customers Profiles

Learn the benefits of creating customers profiles.

The customers page provides a list of customer profiles where you can search and add customers into the POS.

All the provided information from a customer and past purchases will appear in the list. When you tap on a customer profile, a Customer Details pop-up screen will appear.

On the right side of the profile is a purchase history for the specific customer. Here you can review past purchases, and email or print the customer receipts. If the customer's email is entered in their profile, when you email the receipt their email will auto-populate into the field.

Create a customer profile

Tap on the "Add" button to generate a new profile. A pop-up will appear with various fields where you can enter information provided by a customer. Customer profiles are 100% optional.

There is a tax exemption feature that you can toggle on or off in a customers profile. Currently, tax exempt means that the customer pays no tax at all. We are working to improve this feature.
