Making your first sales



This article will focus on the iPad POS

 

 

First, check your POS devices in the dashboard under Dashboard > Settings > POS. If you do not see any devices or would like new ones added, please contact onboarding@getgreenline.co

You will be using your device ID and passwords sent from our team to login to the BLAZE app on your iPads.

Step 2

Add your employees under Dashboard > Employees > Employee list. In order to sign into your POS, you will need a unique passcode for each employee. Learn more about adding employees here.

Step 3

Make sure that your hardware is all in order. We have setup guides available here.

Step 4

Set up your BLAZE app.

  1. Configure your app settings, including your payment types.

     

Step 5

Add items to your cart and process your first sale!

To make a refund, pull up the left menu, go to Sales, click on the sale you want to refund, the click "Refund". Note: a sale can only be refunded once.
