Hardware Overview

Review the hardware that is compatible with BLAZE POS.

 

This article provides an overview of the types of hardware devices that will work with BLAZE POS. Additionally, a hardware diagram is provided to visualize how hardware can be connected.

Tablet Hardware is used to operate the BLAZE POS app.

iPad- 10.2” screens

  • Generation 7 and 8 and up.

  • Sorry, no minis.

Android Tablet- over 10" screens (10.4 preferred)

  • Android OS 11 and up.

    • Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4" (SM-P610NZBAXAC)

    • Galaxy Tab A7 10.4" (SM-T500NZAAXAC)

Printers

Receipt Printers

    • Both Bluetooth and LAN connections can be used for front-of-store operations.

    • Scanners can be connected directly through the printer.

    • For front-of-store operations, use Bluetooth printers.

    • For back-of-store printing, use LAN printers.

    • For front-of-store operations.

    • Only works for iPads Gen 7 and above
